Does this feel familiar?

Different person. Familiar dynamic.

  • The intensity. The uncertainty.
  • The hope that this time will be different.
  • The highs and lows, conflict, or chaos begin to emerge.
  • You find yourself caught in a relationship dynamic that hurts.

At first, it may feel like a connection you've been waiting for. Then the highs and lows, conflict, or chaos begin. Why can it be so hard to step away, and why do we keep finding ourselves in these dynamics?

What we'll explore

  • How early relationship experiences shape what feels familiar

  • Why intensity and uncertainty can affect how we respond in relationships

  • Somatic practices for recognizing our patterns and creating new responses

There are real attachment and nervous system patterns behind what feels familiar, how we respond to uncertainty, and why we can get caught in cycles that hurt. We'll explore the science behind these patterns and how somatic awareness can help us begin to change our responses.
